GxP Deck is a free reading and tools site. You can use all of it without an account, and it collects as little about your visit as it can while still knowing which pages are useful.

In short

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no payments and no advertising.
  • Two analytics services measure visits: Vercel Web Analytics and one Google Analytics 4 property.
  • The tools are built to run in your browser; what you type into them is not sent to us.
  • A message sent through the contact form (your name, email address and message) is emailed to the site's own inbox and used only to reply to you.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, provided by the company that hosts it, to count page views and see which pages are read. These figures are viewed in aggregate.

The site also runs one Google Analytics 4 property. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records things such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and the general region a visit came from. We use it to see which guides and tools people find useful, never to identify you. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

What you type into the tools

The checklists and checkers on this site are built to work inside your browser. Entries you make stay on your device and are not sent to or stored by GxP Deck. Reloading or closing the page clears them unless the tool says otherwise.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

What the site does not do

  • It does not ask for your name, email address or company to read a page or use a tool.
  • It does not show advertising or use advertising cookies.
  • It does not sell or share visitor data with anyone for marketing.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker, and every page and tool on this site will still work. Blocking cookies stops Google Analytics from recognising a returning browser.

Children

This site is written for people who work in regulated labs and companies. It is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
